For Easter we apply the prices of the hight season.
In low and average season we charge the price of 2 nights for 3 (3x2)
In July and Aout we take(collect) 30 % has the not refundable reservat

SPECIALS PRICES FOR GOLF PLAYERS 

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Prices includes water and electricity consumption.
- Towels and sheets are changed once a week.
- The guest is responsible for any loss from the inventory, damages, broken things, etc… Therefore a 100 Euros will be required, as a deposit, in case of any trouble.
Any failure noticed at the sign-in should be reported at the reception within the first 24 hours.
- The flats are token-over from 5.00pm the day of arrival and must be returned before 10.00 am the day of departure.
- Sign-in and sign-out days will take place on Saturdays during July and August.
- A 40% of the total bill will be asked on the booking. No booking will be ensure as long as the payment haven’t been done.
The total amount of the bill will be paid on the arrival, when the keys are delivered.
-In case of a booking without any previous payment, the flat will be kept free until 5.00pm, and in case the guest arrival is delayed, he will have to call to confirm the booking.

 

The ground floor has a cafeteria.

All our studios are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
